Trampoline Toss, Medium Ball

- standing position, hips back, chest over trampoline
- palm up, back of hand facing the trampoline
- fire the ball down, pronating wrists in a thumb down motion
- catch plyo ball securely as low to the trampoline as you can
- immediately secure the ball and hold for one second
- focus on stabilizing forearm/shoulder muscles
