Mic Drop - Horizontal, Heavy Ball

- upright position, tall posture
- arm extended horizontally, shoulder height
- drop plyo ball letting it fall as far as you can
- catch plyo ball securely, immediately raising back to shoulder height
- focus is on acceleration after catch back to original starting position to stabilize forearm/shoulder muscles
