- facing forward
- hands connected
- dropstep 3-5 steps
- plant rear leg into ground, driving forward to target with 2-3 shuffles
- separate hands in thumb down position
- throwing fingers stay on top of the baseball
- ball working behind the rear hip
- forward rotate to throw , ball flips up above throwing shoulder
- core turning and leading the throw
- fingers stay on top of the ball, releasing in front of thrower’s head
- finish with hips back, chest forward parallel to the ground
- arm finish to the outside of the front leg
